Main Responsibilities:
- Works closely with the site Engineers, design & engineering team, project director and the finance team, as well as externally with the subcontractors, equipment Suppliers and clients/developers to ensure on schedule completion, compliance with the company’s quality standards and alignment with budgetary responsibilities
- Prepares the projects’ budget and monitors it on a daily basis
- Prepares projects’ cash flow and monitors it on a daily basis
- Prepares supplier contracts in cooperation with legal, technical and procurement development
- Prepares subcontractor contracts in cooperation with legal and technical development
- Prepares and overviews projects time schedule
- Overviews contractual payment milestones
- Ensures construction insurance are in place prior to work commencement in cooperation with insurance development
- Assists on preparation of development documents (tax exemption process, small scale work permits etc)
- Assists on recruitment needs for each project cooperation with Human Resources development
- Coaches and supports project teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering
- Master’s degree in a related field will be considered an advantage
- 5+ years’ experience of project management in the construction of utility scale energy related projects
- Proven track record of Project Management in the construction of utility-scale solar projects from the EPC side will be considered an advantage
- Certification in Project Management, eg. MBA/PMP/PRINCE II is desirable
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office and MS Project
- Excellent use of English language both spoken and written
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines with proactive attitude
- Ability to operating in a highly technical or particularly complex field
