Customer Service Officer
Job Description
• Manages day to day customers’ orders enquiries and complaints
• Ensures that all invoices are issued correctly
• Handles customer’s data for the assigned markets
• Effective use of the reporting tools of the company
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Candidate Profile
• Minimum one (1) year of working experience in the same role
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Logistics or other related fields
• Excellent use of English language (both oral and written)
• Excellent knowledge of Excel
• Knowledge of SAP would be an asset
• Good knowledge of German language is a plus
• Strong communicational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform under pressure
