Hospitality Management Company based in the center of Athens is looking to hire an Account Manager for the Sales Department.
Main Responsibilities
- Effective management and supervision on a daily basis of all operations that correspond to the agreed areas of cooperation on a given number of hotels of the company’s customer base.
- Response to sales inquiries from potential clients and customers.
- Participation in the development of the sales department, with the aim of supporting the Company Management in continuously increasing the clientele, which will consist of hotels of all categories.
- Support to the Company Management in the implementation of the company’s strategic business plan by coordinating and/or executing any given tasks in the negotiation and renewal of annual agreements.
- On-going assistance in the implementation of trade/credit policy set by the Company Management, monitoring compliance with customer agreements and resolving any problems and issues that arise.
- Goal setting and evaluation of the sales strategy in order to increase sales and market share, maintenance of customer service, and handling of competition, as requested by the Company Management.
