OFFICE MANAGERS

Responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Prepare time sheet.

Recruit and select rentals.

Orient and train rentals

Supervise employees
-
Evaluate employees performance

Coaching staff
-
Providing excellent customer service in all customer contact situations according to our quality standards

Carrying out other job-related tasks as assigned or required

Completing daily lists and reports to Supervisor
OFFICE EMPLOYEES

Assist the customer to close the contract in order to pick up the car

Offer them other available products that could be of their interest.

Provide excellent customer service in all customer contact situations

Checking cars for bumps/scratches etc

Maintaining cleanliness in the office and base area

Other job duties as assigned to meet the business needs
