SENIOR FRONT OPERATIONS / LIMASOL / CYPRUS

Inglobe on behalf of a hotel in Limassol, Cyprus is seeking candidates for the position:

                                                       Senior Front Operations



Duties & Responsibilities:

The Senior, Front Operations is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the Front Desk. The Senior, Front Operations ensures maximum guest satisfaction and maintains professional standards of service, ensuring check-in, check-out, cashiering in accordance with departmental set service standards.

Qualifications:


• College degree or equivalent professional training
• Minimum 3 years previous experience as a receptionist in the hotel industry
• 1 years of supervisory role at Front Office operations in the Hotel industry is preferred
• Experience in working on a 5-star hotel - providing high end services
• Computer literate Opera/ Opera cloud familiarization
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Professional written and spoken communication skills
• Must be able to stand for long period of time ·
• Must be able to handle foreign currency
• Must be able to handle foreign currency




Requirements:

•No visible tattoos or piercing (eyebrow, lips)

•Well shaved, short haircut

•Picture and Video (via email) is required / 1xfull length + 1xclose up - Standing up, facing the camera, hands flat, hair behind ears and shoulders, plain fitted t-shirt (no long-sleeved shirts)

All candidates must be strictly over 21 years of age

The hotel provides:

• Salary 1000€ for candidates without experience. The salary is negotiable depends on qualifications and previous experience
• Accommodation
• 3 meals per day
• Ability to work shifts in a 24/7 operation
• 6 days /week
• 9 hours per shift with a total of 1 hour break.
