We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Sales and Reservation Manager to lead our team at Zelia Resort Halkidiki.

• Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office department, including check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest services
• Manage and motivate a team of dedicated professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Ensure smooth and efficient operations, maximizing guest satisfaction and revenue
• Implement and maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety
• Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally
• Analyze key performance indicators and implement strategies to improve performance
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests and staff

• Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or similar role in a luxury hotel or resort
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• In-depth knowledge of hotel operations and systems
• Proficiency in Protel property management system (PMS)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English, with additional language skills preferred
