ICAP Recruitment Solutions on behalf of MIELE, the leading multinational company in consumer electronics, is looking for a skilled sales professional for the role of the Head of Direct Sales.

Head of Direct Sales

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop people and processes which lead to 'best in industry' direct sales practices, returns on investment and sales growth
  • Facilitate the achievement of direct sales targets across all channels, providing leadership and resources to enable the sales team to meet budget and financial performance indicators
  • Provide monthly report to the management team on the progress of direct sales development in all national direct sales channels
  • Support the Financial Dpt. with P&L statements, ROI calculations and BRT tools
  • Contribute with ideas for promotions and marketing activities (incl. CRM) in dose cooperation with the Marketing Dpt. to increase Webshop sales
  • Support the Marketing Dpt. in innovating the shopping experience, harmonizing the navigation and adhering the web standards for E-Commerce in accordance to company’s international standards and tool set

 

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Qualifications:

  • University Degree. An MBA/ MSc in business sector will be considered a plus.
  • Relative experience in direct offline channel
  • Experience in the online-channel (B2C)
  • Understanding online shopping behaviour (consumer journey)
  • Fluency in Greek and English (German will be considered a plus)
  • Ability to travel abroad
