Our goal is to help them grow a loyal, predictable and highly-profitable customer base.    That is where you come in as a Gravity Labs Sales Representative. Your job will be to get on the phone and email with interested entrepreneurs and  executives, learn about where they are on their business journey and explain how  Gravity Labs will help them achieve their objectives. You will be expected to quickly take high ownership and improve yourself constantly.  Like everyone in our team, you will be held accountable to our values and will be  expected to hold your teammates accountable as well. Our values and culture are what  unify us and allow us to make the impact that we do. Our mission is to work from first principles and invent new ways that help  forward-minded companies evolve and grow, by bringing powerful marketing and sales  solutions to market, as soon as possible, to serve their present and future needs.      

You will...   

  • Continually research new leads from a variety of channels 
  • Conduct daily sales calls & emails with potential customers 
  • Manage sales meeting & demonstration schedules 
  • Prepare customer proposals & contracts 
  • Contribute in various parts of new customer onboarding process 
  • Help maintaining and improving our CRM 
  • Contribute insights and ideas for improving demand & lead generation 
  • Learn fast by constantly refining your skills, as well as your methodology and  process 
  • Report directly to the founder 
  • Be given the opportunity to prove your leadership skills and potential, for  future leading role opportunities very fast

You are…   

  • A really good listener & open to constructive feedback 
  • An unstoppable do-er that is focused on results 
  • Self-motivated & excellent at managing your own time and tasks 
  • Creative problem solver & first-principle thinker 
  • Thriving in a fast paced environment of uncertainty     

You must have…   

  • A proven track record of measurable sales success in previous roles 
  • Project management capabilities and stakeholder management 
  • Good understanding of the web, online marketing and e-commerce practices 
  • Excellent communication skills both in Greek and English 
  • Full-time physical presence in Thessaloniki, Greece 

Extra points if you…   

  • Love sales processes & systematizing your work from scratch 
  • Have worked in an PR, advertising or web development agency 
  • Have had sales experience in a marketing or sales-related software  company 
  • Have experience in CRM or other marketing & sales-related applications 
  • Have read Peter Drucker's "Managing Oneself"
