As an
Executive Assistant you will be supporting the Sales and Customer Success units and you will have to:
- manage the schedule and communications for the Customer Success Director
- coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management
- produce reports and presentations
- manage, coordinate and arrange travel and travel-related activities
- perform administrative and office support (e.g. maintain filing system and contact database)
- orchestrate internal lead-to-order process for Support contracts
- provide insights based on the Business operations and reporting inputs with proposed actions
- drive execution on consumption and usage, financials, scorecard and customer satisfaction targets
