The responsibilities of the Compensation & Benefits Specialist role include:

  • Managing Payroll for all countries: supervise outsourced payroll agencies, control monthly payroll calculation and implement approvals milestones.
  • Managing Overtimes
  • Monthly administration, reporting & forecasting of payroll, headcount and rolling annual plan
  • Performing various cost analysis
  • Managing vacation provisions
  • Ensuring company’s adherence to labour laws by following up and implementing changes
  • Performing HR audit in BG+RO: out of town, internal rules, review employment contracts etc.
  • Leading working digital card implementation, review internal rules
  • Managing compensation and benefits and HR budget in conjunction with HR Manager.
  • Maintaining updated policies and procedures for employees’ benefits, update comp&ben files.
  • Managing the annual bonus payout and salary review processes
  • Preparation & submission of annual benefits in kind for taxation in cooperation with Chief Accountant
  • Managing company’s pension plan, ticket restaurants, car fleet.
  • Leading annual comp & ben surveys in all countries and compare market data with each ee in cooperation with HR Manager.




Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

The ideal candidate for the Compensation & Benefits Specialist position should have:
  • Post-secondary education in business management, finance. Preferably in human resources
  • Minimum 5 years of experience within the HR function 2 of which in a compensation role within a multinational organisation.
  • Proven experience and solid know-how of Greek labor law and payroll management.
  • Motivated self-starter, process-oriented with a high attention to detail and sense of urgency.
  • Good numerical skills, experience in reporting.
  • High level of organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent command of Greek and English language, both verbal and written.
  • Strong computer literacy, excellent skills in Excel.
