We are currently seeking a dynamic Educational Sales Consultant based anywhere in Western Greece. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in driving lead generation and optimizing our sales process. Your primary objective will be to meet or exceed sales targets, build lasting relationships with customers and contribute to the overall growth and success of MM Educational Group. Key responsibilities:
- Present educational material and promote products of publishing house.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service and enhance productivity level, developing a deep understanding of our products.
- Participate in ELT exhibitions and workshops.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, (preparing reports, and making recommendations to management).
- Direct reporting to Area Manager about sales and customer issues.
- Engage with clients primarily during afternoon hours, aligning with their availability.
