IT Support Technician

WABI Beauty is seeking an IT Support Technician to join the IT team.

As an IT Support Technician, your main responsibility is to support software/hardware related issues as well as undertake software installations and maintenance for our company.

• First level contact point for IT issues.
• Works as part of an IT team.
• Provides remote and local user support.
• Monitors requests and resolves in a timely manner.
• Maintains a high-level user experience.
• Takes ownership of cases until their resolution or escalates appropriately.

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Computer Science.
• Fluency in English language, both written & spoken.
• Strong communication skills.
• High level troubleshooting skills on Microsoft client software (Windows, Office).
• Basic networking understanding (TCP/IP, DNS).
• Knowledge VOIP Technology.
• Basic knowledge of other MS software (Active Directory, Windows Server Administration, SQL, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of HyperV products will be considered a plus.
• Basic ERP client-side troubleshooting experience will be considered a plus.
• Experience in an Industrial IT environment will be considered a plus.
• Experience in Web Design, will be considered a plus.

• Candidates preferably up to 30.
