Receptionists

For our clients, luxury 4-star and 5-star hotels nationwide in Ireland, we are looking for Receptionists.

Your duties will be: greeting and welcoming the guests upon arrival, checking guests in and out of the hotel, processing invoices, transactions, room charges, refunds, etc., responding to guests' needs, requests, and complaints, answering the phone, and making reservations.

• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
• Proficiency in some Property Management System (Opera, Fidelio, Hotsoft, etc.)
• Previous customer experience in a busy work environment
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational, multitasking and time-management skills
• Advanced level of English is required

• Permanent, full-time position
• Start: September/October 2022
• If moving to Ireland from abroad, you will be provided with permanent accommodation
• Salary after tax in Ireland for this Receptionist role will be €11 to €13 per hour, €1,700 to €1,950 net per month (€22,880 to €27,040 gross; before tax, per year) for 40 hours per week
• Salary is paid weekly
