Shift Planning Coordinator (German Speaker)

• Informs employees and/or supervisors about schedule changes.
• Processing attainment exceptions in the schedule of the CSR.
• Communicates actual performance & productivity of employee KPIs to operational leaders to promote the achievement of KPI targets
• Processing and approval (in consultation with WFM Intraday Management) of tickets and requests within IEX Webstation or any other WFM ticketing tool from operation to WFM regarding (preferred) changes to the published schedule

• Experience (at least 1 year) in the workforce management field
• Excellent knowledge of German language (native level)
• Very good knowledge of English language will be considered as an asset
• High level of conflict and decision-making skills, tact & assertiveness
• Good analytical skills as well as knowledge of MS Office
• Good knowledge of CC processes, deployment logistics, forecasting models and capacity management
• Decision-making skills, assertiveness, and reliability
