Friendly, out-going, passionate and able to relocate? On behalf of our client, a Luxury Bputique Hotel & Spa in Sivota, UWORC is recruiting a results-driven Restaurant Operations Manager for the season of 2023.
The ideal candidate will be  a top–performing, solutions–driven hospitality professional with experience in coordinating dining operations, customer relations and employee team supervision. Decisive and results–oriented with outstanding leadership and crisis management skills. An engaging, professional communicator with the ability to put others at ease,
quickly building relationships based on mutual trust and benefit. Excels in high-pressure and high-stress environments, meets and exceeds goals and objectives.


What to expect:
• Maximum of 10 working hours per day.
• Days off according to agreement.
• Payment on time.
• All wages and benefits are included as required by law.
• Two meals per day.
• Accommodation inside or outside the establishment with or without cohabitation (maximum number of people in the room:2).
• Training and Development


The Role:
  • Train and develop the F&B team according to the Hotel’s standards.
  • Manage daily food & beverage shift operations of a team of 15 employees consisting of bartenders, bar backs, and beverage servers.
  • Examine food and beverage quality and presentation and provide corrective training where necessary.
  • Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
  • Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
  • Recommend ways to reach a broader audience and maximize revenues
  • Coach and support team with any training or day to day issues that may arise.
  • Maintaining positive customer relationships, processing complaints, and responding to customer needs.
  • Have a good knowledge of menu and presentation standards.
  • Ensures that hotel brand standards and SOP's are consistently implemented.
  • Conducts monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.
  • Following food and safety regulations.
  • Checking in on guests to enquire about food quality and service.
  • Able to anticipate any unexpected guest need and reacts promptly and tactfully.
  • Ensures that the F&B outlets are always kept clean and organized, both at the front as well as the back of house areas.

  • Degree hospitality field is advantageous.
  • Able to speak Greek and English language clearly and fluently. A third foreign language will be considered an asset.
  • Proven experience working in similar positions in luxury hotels with a la carte restaurants .
