Your main responsibilities
- Analyze and understand business needs, develop clear and accurate specifications to ensure that systems fully meet business requirements
- Perform gap analysis
- Map user requirements to system capabilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for digitization and optimization
- Coordinate with third party vendors for software customizations/development
- Organize, plan and perform Unit, Integration and User Acceptance Tests of software development and customizations
- Manage the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and act as a point of contact for the Business Users
- Produce training manuals and deliver training
- Be the liaison between the Business Users, our IT and the Software companies
