One of the biggest multinational companies is looking for German Speaking Travel Experts (Full- Time) , to become their next Multilingual Speakers, on behalf of top-tier technology companies around the world.

Workplace location: Client’s offices at south suburb of Athens.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service to clients at all times
• Respond and record consumer inquiries/questions raised through free phone lines for customers
• Maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions and feedback on the customer services database
• Be able to offer recommendations to common technical problems or frequently asked questions
• Work effectively as part of a team, developing effective and supportive relationships with colleagues

Requirements 

• Fluent in German Language among with very good oral and written skills in English
• PC literate
• Genuinely excited to help customers
• Patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative
• Able to put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary
• Problem-solving oriented
