Role Description

We are looking for talented Spa Therapists to join the team of Azalea Wellness Yacht Events, offering exclusive spa services on yachts worldwide. The role involves delivering a wide range of treatments, including massages, facials, and body therapies, while maintaining the highest level of customer care and luxury service.

Responsibilities

• Provide a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, and wellness therapies.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring each guest enjoys a relaxing, personalized, and memorable experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all treatment areas and ensure all equipment is properly sanitized.
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, hygiene, and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably within a5-star resort, luxury spa, or Superyacht environment.
• Valid certifications in massage therapy and/or spa treatments.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong communication skills and a warm, professional, and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Exceptional attention to detail and hygiene standards.
