HO.RE.CA Key Account Manager (Ref. code: 4556/HKA/ESS/GR)
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, supporting on the execution of the customers’ strategy and business plans
- Define annual plans and budget and be responsible for the achievement of Turn-Over and the P&L of customers
- Be responsible for customer’s P&L – track and provide corrective actions
- Manage and develop productive long-term relationships with customers
- Build the customer and channel strategies, defining channel drivers, issues and opportunities
- Monitor customer performance by tracking customer contribution and market share
- Develop the promotional plan and manage promo investments
- Follow up credit policy - plans corrective actions
