Your role:
As an operations Supervisor, you’ll support the Operations Manager in
overseeing day-to-day field activities, ensuring excellent service delivery,
smooth communication with stakeholders, and accurate reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor daily service execution
- Communicate with suppliers, guides, and internal
teams
- Report issues and ensure resolution
- Assist in training seasonal staff
