Thessaloniki.

are looking for a professional with excellent communication skills, a warm
personality and genuine passion for guest service. This role plays a key part
in creating exceptional guest experiences and enhancing the image of our hotels.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests upon arrival
- Provide personalized service throughout the entire stay
- Handle complaints with a positive attitude and provide immediate solutions
- Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure smooth daily operations
- Promote hotel services and identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience
- Monitor guest feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of services
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar position within an upscale hotel
- Excellent command of English, additional languages are a strong asset
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
- Pleasant and professional demeanor
- Strong teamwork and adaptability skills
- Knowledge of PMS and office applications
