Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of a multinational company in transportation field, a dynamic professional to cover the following positions:

Country Manager

Job Description
•Develop a marketing and sales strategy within his / her scope in line with company's strategic objectives, adapted to local characteristics
•Transpose the company strategy into a roadmap for managers/colleagues
•Ensure subsidiary development by identifying the leading services and products on the market and developing relationships with key customers / prospects.
•Develop in-depth knowledge of market players (competitors, potential partners, etc.) in different business lines and set-up the chain of operations according to company’s operational standards
•Retain and develop current customers and ensure the development of new ones on the site scope in keeping with available means for purposes of permanent productivity and customers satisfaction
•Define an organization and size the structures in terms of means and resources needed to reach the development objectives
•Design and set up action plans to optimize performance
•Responsible for P&L and all budget activity for the site
•Monitor and explain variances from budget, define and lead necessary corrective measures
•Oversee and validate recruitment for strategic positions within his / her scope
•Share and communicate the strategic vision to the team and transpose it into development axes
•Assess the performance of his/her staff and build the annual roadmap together

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Candidate Profile
•University or college degree
•Minιmum two (2) to three (3) years relevant working experience
•Proficiency in air/sea transport would be an asset
•Strong English language skills (both oral and written)
•Excellent leadership skills to carry team members along
•Excellent skills for communicating and relating with both team members and customers
•High willingness to perform and take responsibility as well as initiative under stressful conditions
