Talent Acquisition and Learning Manager
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Enhance company’s reputation as
employer of choice through effective branding initiatives.
- Identify, attract and hire top
talents for current needs, through various sourcing channels.
- Review, resumes, conduct
interviews and evaluate talents’ qualifications.
- Develop company’s training plan
and monitor all training activities.
- Implement training programs for
employees’ development within their work roles and the company itself.
- Identify the training needs within
each division and department.
- Support the strategic role of
human resources department
Qualifications:
- University degree in Human
Resources or related field (Post Graduate Degree in Hospitality Management
preferably)
- Minimum three years’ experience in
similar position preferably in hotel industry
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent knowledge of English
language
- Excellent interpersonal and oral
presentation skills for effectively presenting training programs to varying
groups.
- Initiative, creativity, team
spirit and self-motivation
- Excellent communication skills and
ability to cooperate effectively across levels
