Περιγραφή

The Employer is a leading foreign manufacturer of packaging materials for the food industry and chemicals industry. The company operates 15 production sites in three countries. The product portfolio features metal containers, twist-off caps and plastic packaging. The company is now looking to expand further its sales activities in Greece and the region as a whole.

Currently the Employer is seeking to employ a dynamic, well-organized and reliable person for the position of  Junior Sales Manager - Thessaloniki.

The Role:
Works in close cooperation and under the guidance of the National Sales Manager for Greece. The role also implies in specific: regular customer visits and contacts; search for new customers; effective order management, shipment organization, due debts follow -up, data entry and other related activities as assistance to the sales team.

Responsibilities:
  • Promoting sales of the company’s products in Greece
  • Finding new market segment opportunities and local organization for new product launches
  • Management of the administrative aspects of sales process and sales office activities
  • Handling of communication with company’s clients
  • Preparation of commercial offers, standard contracts, agreements and annexes
  • Working with company’s ERP /CRM systems, including orders and order modifications inputs, business trip report inputs

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • University degree
  • Extensive knowledge of sales processes
  • Previous experience in Sales and Marketing will be considered a plus
  • Experience with MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM
  • Fluent in verbal and written English. Fluency in other language(s) will be considered a plus.
  • Driving licence.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills , attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Proactive approach, energetic and enthusiastic
