Your main responsibilities
- You will be responsible to lead the L & D team in the design, implementation, and delivery of all Learning & Development programs of the Group across Greece and Spain with an aim at enhancing employees’ talents, skills, performance, productivity, and quality of work
- You will lead the content design and implementation of our new Group-wide e-learning platform to elevate our employees’ onboarding and learning journey
- You will support the Performance Management System redesign including developing and monitoring performance evaluations, performance development and improvement plans
- You will contribute to the design of a talent management framework that will ensure effective succession planning to meet the Group’s continuous and rapid expansion plans
- In doing so you will work closely with Department Heads, General Hotel Managers, Corporate HR and HR operations. Additionally, you will manage and collaborate with external training providers
- You will monitor defined KPI’s evaluating the effectiveness of our Learning & Development activities with the aim to redefine and improve, as necessary
- You will need to hit the ground running, quickly establishing confidence amongst a wide range of stakeholders across the Group, building on the platform of excellence, continuous growth and success already achieved
