Who we are looking for:
We have an opportunity for an Identity and Access Management Specialist to play a key role in our corporate infrastructure, ensuring all employees and partners have access to their systems and data. This role will also ensure both automatic use provisioning single sign-on towards key business applications and systems; all while keeping security as a top priority. This person is collaborative, curious, self-driven and structured. Our ideal candidate is looking for new challenges and would like to join a team of experienced professionals who are passionate about innovation, technology, and transformation.
What you will work on:
The IAM Specialist will own the technical IAM footprint and prioritize what needs to be done – both short-term and long-term to ensure robust delivery of the service. This candidate has a passion for Identity and using best-in-call tools.
- Operate the Access & Identity platforms and manage vendors related to the access & identity platforms
- Ensure identity data quality through tools and defined processes for onboarding, offboarding, etc.
- Run initiatives to strengthen security aligned with the SecOps department
- Provide leadership to the Access & Identity Management staff/contractors and promote a team environment
- Provide input to all roadmaps and evolve the access & identity platforms from legacy infrastructure to the next generation platforms – as a Service / Cloud
- Contribute to Projects and IT deliverables in Business projects
- Contribute to the development and implementation of IT processes, policies and strategy focusing on end user productivity
