Job Description:
As an Event Manager at Optimum Greece, you
will be at the forefront of planning, coordinating, and executing a diverse
array of events. These range from corporate conferences and incentive trips to
product launches and luxury private events. You will work closely with clients
to understand their vision and lead the event team to bring their ideas to
life, ensuring each event is executed to the highest standards. This role
demands strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, as well as
a deep understanding of the Greek event landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning and
Execution: Lead
the end-to-end event planning process, from initial concept through to
execution and post-event evaluation.
- Client Collaboration: Work
closely with clients to understand their objectives, themes, and
expectations, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Logistics Management: Handle
all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor
coordination, budgeting, and timeline management.
- Production Oversight: Oversee
all elements of event production, such as catering, entertainment, and
technical support, ensuring seamless execution.
- Budget Management: Develop
and manage event budgets, ensuring all events are delivered within
financial parameters without compromising on quality.
- Stakeholder
Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external
stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and team members, to ensure
smooth event operations.
- On-Site Management: Lead
the on-site management of events, addressing any issues that arise and
ensuring a flawless experience for clients and attendees.
- Customer Service: Ensure
high-quality customer service and client satisfaction at every stage of
the event planning and execution process.
- Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct
post-event evaluations to measure success and client satisfaction,
providing feedback and recommendations for future improvements.
