Executive Housekeeper - Santorini

Infinity Suites & Dana Villas is looking to recruit a passionate Executive Housekeeper for season 2021 in Santorini.

Responsibilities:

• Daily check of the condition and the cleanliness of the hotel rooms and public areas
• Ensuring all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
• Protecting equipment and notifying superiors on any damage, deficits and disturbances
• Manage the staff of the Housekeeping Department , be responsible for staff interviews , training & evaluation
• Dealing with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience , interactions with guest will be in person & by phone
• Checking stocklevels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
• Collaborating with the Front Office Department & the Maintenance Department
• Assure effective operation of the Laundry Department
• Being responsible for budget handling in an effective way
• Staff scheduling
• Maintaining a neat and clean workplace
• Adhering strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.
• Respond swiffly and effectively in any hotel emergency or safety situation

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3years’ experience as an Executive Housekeeper in a 5-star Hotel
• Excellent command of both Greek and English language (oral and written)
• Experienced in computer (preferably knowledgeable of Microsoft Office)
• Ability to Multitask & work under pressure
• Interpersonal Communication & Team Player
