Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a leading multinational company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:

Junior Sales Analyst

Job Description

• Collects financial KPIs to create visibility across company’s Global customers & Buying Groups / Retail Alliances through key financial KPI’s, working closely with the Global Customers Team & building strong relationships with the Demand / Sales Finance Community in local Units across all segments.
• Supports the European Pricing Analyst in the efforts to coordinate the timely and quality update of Pricing Tool across Segments, Units and customers in cooperation with our external vendor and internal stakeholders
• Leads data collection process internally (incl. project management) and identifies financial & global agreements risks (buying alliances, local & global agreement exposures)
• Provides ad hoc analytical & reporting support for the Global Customer Team. Organizes, plans and coordinates the work of the team, in order to maximize contribution and ensure the implementation of the company's strategy, tactical plans and targets

Candidate Profile

• One (1) year of experience as an sales analyst or comparable functions or relevant internships
• University Degree preferably in the field of Finance/ Accounting/ Business Administration
• Fluency in English is a must, other languages are a plus
• Excellent PC skills, especially MS Excel, Tableau and data base knowledge are a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform under pressure and remain optimistic
• Drive for Results, business acumen, organizational agility, dealing with ambiguity, customer focus, peer Relationships, comfort around Higher Management, financial Analysis & Insights
• Availability for travelling both in Greece and abroad
