Περιγραφή

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a multinational company, a provider of solutions with respect to non-monetary employee benefits in the area of sports and recreation, is in search of a hard-working Partners Account Manager 

Workplace Location: Southern Suburbs of Athens

Responsibilities:
The Partners Account Manager must understand the company’s business model which requires growing and maintaining the Partner channel (premium Sport Facilities), as the company needs qualified Partners on board and guarantee top quality services to their Clients.

More specifically the successful candidate will:
• Develop and maintain long term, strong relationships with key Partners
• Negotiate the terms of cooperation with potential partners and execute the contract
• Recommend actions in order to solve problems including assisting and/or advising management in the formal discipline or termination of Partners
• Handle and resolve Partners’ complaints
• Plan and oversee new product initiatives
• Develop quotes and proposals for Partners

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

• At least 8 years’ experience in Account management of which 3 years in a Senior Account role
• Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Management, Public Relations management, Sport’s Management
• Fluency in English and PC literacy
• Ability to respond effectively and quickly to business and employee needs and issues
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong business orientation, organization and planning skills
• Ability to develop long term relationships with partners based on technical knowledge and trust
• Team player with high moral and ethical standards
