MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company – Internal Auditor Position

We are looking for Internal Auditor (minimum 2-3 years of experience), based in Piraeus, Greece.

The above position will be part of the HQ Internal Audit Department, aiming to conduct performance, operational, financial and compliance audits in MSC Agencies worldwide, identifying risks and proposing recommendations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration

• Master degree with emphasis in Auditing, Corporate Finance or Business Management is a plus

• Good knowledge of the Shipping industry and/or a minimum of 2 years in a similar role in a global environment (Internal auditor in B to B)

• Advanced computer skills on MS Office (especially Excel), ERP (such as SAP) and databases

• Excellent written and spoken English – any other language is a plus

• High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills

• Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures

• Proven ability to act with professionalism, integrity and confidentiality under pressure

• Excellent team spirit along with ability to work independently

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability and willingness to travel internationally at an extensive level (~50% of the time)
