Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a multinational manufacturing company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:

Marketing Assistant

Job Description
• Supports dealers network advertising activities such as press releases, technical applications etc.
• Assists with the setup, facilitation and completion of marketing meetings and events
• Keeps minutes in monthly sales & marketing meetings
• Maintains and manages all company advertising material
• Provides support in the creation of the yearly product catalogue
• Creates and keeps files of contracts of the dealer network & collaborators
• Supports key accounts
• Monitors public sector tenders and assists in the preparation of relative documents

Candidate Profile
• University Degree in Marketing
• At least one (1) year of experience in a similar role
• Excellent command of the English language (both oral and written)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Experience in using Photoshop will be considered an asset
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep up with industry trends and new social networks
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to perform under pressure and multitask
• Team spirit
• Available for travels (seminars, trainings)
