Finance Associate/Cost Controller

Avaton Luxury Hotel & Villas (www.avaton.com), a proud member of Relais & Châteaux, is a stylish and contemporary beachfront escape overlooking the sparkling turquoise waters of Athos Peninsula in Halkidiki, Greece.
It consists of an exclusive collection of 56 luxury suites, villas and rooms. Most of them have private pools with in-built sunbeds which tantalize the feeling of relaxation in our Mediterranean gardens.

The Finance Associate will monitor and control all procedures that impact the receipt, issuance, general controls and sales of the hotel. He/She will create systems and processes in order to improve cost control metrics in food and in beverage as well as other departments and achieve the hotel’s profitability objectives. The Finance Associate will promote revenue growth through revenue management focused strategies and analyses. They will also promote a culture of cost optimization and revenue generation in all departments of the hotel.

Kindly note that the position requires your presence in Chalkidiki for 5 months during the summer and 7 months in our HQ in Thessaloniki during winter time.
