Duties/Responsibilities

• Email management (cold mailing, communication, organization).
• Calendar management (appointments, meetings with clients.)
• Preparation of farming material and farming activities.
• Follow up and follow back with clients.
• Preparation of Listing Presentations and all kind of presentations needed.
• Other various tasks related with real estate.

Requirements

• Proficient in English Language (almost native level).
• Highly organized with robust planning ability
• Proficient communication and follow-through skills
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills
• Excellent problems solving, organizational and presentation skills
• Excellent usage of Google and Office tools.
• Driving licence car
