Assistant Accountant
Job Description
• Preparation of supplier's payments
• Petty cash journal entries and bank reconciliations
• Overheads invoices posting
• Participate in the invoicing procedure
• Monitoring of client's guarantees accounts and posting of relevant offsets and clearances.
• Monthly reconciliations for customer's outstanding receivables and Suppliers payables.
• Quarterly reconciliations for deposits
• Posting of general ledger entries
• Prepare monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations for a set of accounts
• Participate in the monthly closing Process
