ICAP Executive Search & Selection, on behalf of its client, a well-known Healthcare Group of Companies with a leading position in the private Healthcare sector and with emphasis in continuous development and quality of their services, is looking for a driven and qualified Budget & Business Planning Analyst.

Budget & Business Planning Analyst (Ref. code: 5547/ BPA /ESS/GR)

An excellent opportunity for a driven young finance professional to join the Group Finance Team of an eminent Healthcare services organization, with opportunities to upskill, expand capabilities and develop his/her career, working closely with top management members and various stakeholders.

The Role:
• Assist in designing and implementing effective budgeting policies and procedures.
• Facilitate managers to develop their unit budget and resolve any related problems.
• Ensure managers meet their business plan and budget submission on time and to the required standards.
• Review budget proposals analyze data and forecast potential impact, future needs & problems to determine the correct allocation of revenue,       expenditures, and cash management.
• Conduct and construct the budget & business plan of the group on an annual basis.
• Monitor budget monthly status and analyse unit & group financial information to ensure all operations are within budget.

• Proven relevant work experience of 3 years; experience in the Healthcare sector will be considered a plus.
• Experience in managing Budgets/ Financial Analysis and Control/ MIS Reporting/ ERP/Product Cost Analysis.
• BA/BSc in Economics or Accounting or Finance, MBA or advance degree in Economics, Accounting or Finance.
• Chartered accountant Certification or Analyst Certification similar (ACCA, ACA, CFA, CPA, etc.) would be considered a plus.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in using the MS Office suite.
• Competent in complex Excel functions and modelling scenarios.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative.
• Excellent numeracy skills with the ability to analyze and present complex data.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to think critically.
• Communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be able to function in dynamic environment subject to changes in schedules, priorities, and project scope, with the ability to work independently, in teams and under pressure.
