Your main responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise the operation of the Kitchens according to Executive Chef’s instructions
- Collaborate with Executive Chef on menu planning and the creation of innovative menus
- Estimate food requirements and food / labor costs
- Ensure that all food safety policies and procedures are followed
- Manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedule and assess staff’s performance
