Customer Care Representatives, on behalf of a multinational telecommunications company, who will provide, via inbound calls, emails & on line chats, information, technical and network problem solutions to customers.
Responsibilities:- Manage account issues, transactions status and troubleshooting based on company’s policy
- Provide excellent customer support and build strong professional relationships with clients
- Track customer’s cases in an efficient manner
- Log calls into the customer relationship database
