We seek to employ a talented and enthusiastic young Manager to lead the Product Management team with extended managerial responsibilities in the Marketing Department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support the launch of new products
• Coordinate and supervise product updates and upgrades in collaboration with all related departments
• Support the implementation of marketing programs
• Support & supervise all marketing and product management projects
• Provide direction to the sales team on new products and strategic sales priorities
• Develop and execute strategic sales & marketing goals to meet or exceed our client’s quarterly sales and profit targets
• Grow existing product offerings with key accounts while exploring new product opportunities
• Provide regular sales and marketing reports to the CEO that accurately capture all sales activity
• Accurately manage expenses in accordance with budgetary requirements
Requirements:
• Age 25-35 years
• BSc degree
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
• Work Experience in Product Management, FMCG, Multinational environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent Organizational and Time Management skills
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Experience in international environment and within cross-functional teams preferred
• Experience in working with and supporting marketing initiatives
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Precise, accurate and accountable profile
• Team player, Problem solving & Decision making attitude
• Willingness to travel
