As a Warehouse Specialist in this role, your main responsibilities will be the following:

Ensure & support full implementation of all Framework Agreements and maximized use.
Validate purchase orders.
Set up & maintain contracts in the system.
Maintain supplier performance measurement system.
Conduct market research as required..
Ensure security of supply and required lead times.
Manage physical goods received.
Pick parts according to picking lists.
Pack parcels according to picking list and prepare for shipping.
Count physical inventory.
Manage the warehouse inventory.
Provide logistic support
Administrative tasks related to spare parts.

The position of Warehouse Specialist is just the right one for you if you possess the following skills:

• Diploma in Technological Applications, TEI
• At least 2 years experience in a similar position as a warehouse supervisor
• Organizational skills and time management skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Team player
• Computer literacy (MS Office, Word, Excel)
• Fluency in Greek essential & good knowledge of English language
