The Social and Advocacy Manager position is full time, based in Athens and with a fixed-term contract.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

As a Social and Advocacy Manager you will:
  • Own the relationship with influencers: screening process and final selection, contract, content plan, eventing and briefing on campaigns
  • Drive the medfluencers activation: discover & track Health Care professionals with digital footprint, select in close collaboration with Medical Relations Manager and create content plans / campaigns for the brands
  • Own the relationship with agencies on Influencer Marketing and PR (products submission, PR and blogger send-outs sign off)
  • Plan, allocate and execute budget for influencer marketing
  • Follow influence KPIs & manage ROI
  • Create the brand tone of voice for the social media
  • Own and fuel social media accounts with the support of agencies
  • Develop the advocacy strategy for consumers
  • Ensures community management in collaboration with CDMO team and external agency. Leverage conversations to turn consumers to advocates.
  • Develop an understanding of consumers and shoppers through social engagement and analytics. Manage consumer satisfaction.
  • Co-develop social assets suitable for retailers / e-retailers posts

The ideal candidate for the role of the Social and Advocacy Manager should have the following:

  • Bachelor's or a Master’s degree in business management, marketing or related field
  • 2-3 years of working experience in a similar role or in communication
  • Experience in social media and community management, including influencers
  • Medical, Pharmaceutical related experience will be an asset
  • Proficient English communication skills (written & verbal)
