Περιγραφή

Our Institute is seeking a dynamic and versatile professional for providing administrative support to units and offices witin the organization.  The position requires the daily execution of administrative functions in support of certain units, services, and projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Provide broad range administrative support, including the preparation of documents, correspondence and maintaining associated files; Prepare material and assist in the planning, coordination and support of a variety of meetings and specail events;

- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel;

- Take meeting minutes and produce reports;

- Respond to inquiries and work closely with senior staff in the administration of activities and programs;

- Handle administrative duties including managing petty cash,requests for travel reimbursements, and computer-related needs;

- Work as part of a team on a wide range of programs,projects, special initiatives, and events;

- Purchase equipment and coordinate repairs and services;

- Perform other administrative tasks and/or assist with special projects as requested.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Qualifications

- Diploma or other relevant qualification.  A bachelor degree will be considered an advantage

- At least 2 years of previous relevant working experience

- High level organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to multitask changing priorities with limited supervision in a high-pressure work environment

- Excellent English language skills;knowledge of the Greek language will be considered an advantage

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office

- Problem solving ability

- High ability in working independently and cross-functionally.  Must be able to gain comprehensive knowledge of the organization's policies and practices in order to effectively interpret and determine appropriate course of conduct
