Junior Recruiter (Salonica)
Job Description
• Investigates, plans and evaluates customers staffing needs.
• Liaises with clients performing job analysis and determines candidate suitability.
• Builds candidates’ data base for quick and easy reference in order to be able to meet clients’ requirements and expectations.
• Ensures efficient communication of vacancies and oversees the whole recruitment process
• Implements company’s recruitment policies and procedures in order to attract, recruit and retain company’s associates.
• Ensures effective implementation of company’s assessment methodologies (interviews, testing)
• Ensures all activity and recruitment is recorded in company’s web and company files are updated accordingly.
• Maintains strong relationship with candidates to achieve their commitment and quick response at all times
• Provides appropriate reporting of all recruitment activities and data.
• Generates leads for new business development
• Ensures regular service visits/calls to existing clients
• Monitors competition activity
