Customer Service and Sales Specialist

The job is based in Thessaloniki, Greece.

• Generate sales leads of company's products and services
  
• Inform customer of debts and promotions
• Meet personal / team sales targets
  
• Recommend new products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
• Handle customer requests and complaints via phone, email, mail or social media within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  
• Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
• Experience in sales (preferably more in the marketing / sales field)
• Good communication skills and negotiation with customers
• Follows a structured sales process and delivers cost or cost detail. Completes sales transactions which may include handling deposits (cach, credit cards etc)

• Language skills: Fluent in English, Greek (written and spoken) & Turkish (preferable)
• 1-2 years experience in sales
• Capable of managing and leading a team;
• Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy at all times and in every situation;
• Confident and friendly personality;
• Strong Communication Skills;
• A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Negotiation, Positive Attitude and Problem Solving 
• Willing to work under pressure
• High energy level.
