Προϊστάμενο/η Υποδοχής / Front Office Manager
Main responsibilities:
- Manage all Front Office day-to-day service
operations within company’s guidelines and standards
- Preserve highest levels of customer service
- Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively
- Lead front office staff by attracting and
recruiting, training and evaluating personnel
- Comply with all legal regulations (health &
safety, fiscal, labor) according to company’s instructions
- Coordinating with all the other hotel’s
departments
- Guests’ allocation
Required qualifications:
- Proven experience at relevant role, preferably at 4* or 5* hotels
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
- Ability to work under pressure
- Communication skills
- Personnel management skills
- Guest-oriented and service-minded
- Familiarization with PMS/POS use
- Excellent use of English language, knowledge of a second language will be appreciated
