Reservations Executive (ref: REXIR19)

Where you’ll work:

The role of the Reservations Executive is of high importance and together with the rest of the team is responsible for achieving maximum room occupancy in all properties of the resort.

What you’ll do:

You will handle all inquiries for reservations (phone, e-mail etc) by converting as many of these cases as possible into confirmed reservations achieving maximum sales satisfaction.


Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

What you need to bring:

• Enthusiasm, openness and a self-motivated personality eager to learn, develop and be part of a continuously growing team
• Ability to cope under pressure and deliver excellent service results in a high-paced luxury environment
• Fluency in English and a second language (Spanish, German, French or Russian)
