The Client
Multinational Contact Center, one of the best workplaces which provides customer care support for well known international organizations, is seeking to expand its Team in Greece.

Workplace location: Client’s offices at different suburbs in Athens (Kallithea, Kerameikos, Center of Athens)


What you will do:

  • Provide a high level of customer service to German/ Italian/ French speaking clients at all times.
  • Respond and record consumer enquiries/questions raised through free phone lines for customers.
  • Maintain accurate data input of consumer enquiries, questions and feedback on the customer services database.
  • Be able to offer recommendations to common technical problems or frequently asked questions.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, developing effective and supportive relationships with colleagues

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Excellent knowledge of German or Italian or French.
  • Good knowledge of English language is mandatory, as the initial job training will be held in English.
  • Successful applicants will be asked to demonstrate their language knowledge.
  • You need to be able to work at shifts.
  • You have to be graduate of High School (at least) and PC literate.
