Insurance Company Euroins AD Branch Greece is seeking a full-time employment Lawyer.
Main responsibilities:
- Overall overview of the insurance legislation and the compliance of the activity of the branch with it
- Review and drafting of the Company's contracts
- Management support on matters of contract, labor and tax law
- Opinion and legal advice on the preparation of files for public tenders and the drafting of letters of complaint
- Opinion and legal advice on the General Data Protection Regulation and the Company's compliance with it
- Dealing with real estate management issues
- Participation in the resolution of other matters of a legal nature not listed above relevant to the legal framework of the branch’s activity
