IT Administrator

lmw is seeking an energetic IT Administrator on behalf of a leading Pharmaceutical Association.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide remote technical support to business clients’ systems and internal end-users
• Configure, install, maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software infrastructure
• Implement security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats
• Perform backups and application maintenance
• Configure user access in Active Directory - domain infrastructure services, end-user applications
• Ensure IP Routing / Switching protocols
• Work closely with Senior Management in evaluating current systems, aligning business objectives
• Client/Server Applications including Office 365 suite

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of proven professional experience as an IT support or Administrator
• Proficient level in the operation of complex Linux environment
• Thorough understanding of Windows Servers 12 - 16
• Extensive knowledge in Antivirus, Firewall, VPN security suites
• Skilled in VMware and Active Directory
• Oracle or Cisco certification will be considered as a plus
• Fluency in English
• Driving License
