Job Description
• Lead technology teams in day-to-day operations, provide key expertise, supervise the heads of departments, and set performance goals
• Manage the company's technological roadmap & direct the full software development cycle
• Develop policies and procedures and use technology to enhance products and services to customers
• Build a cohesive data strategy that lacks silos and enables deep learning technologies to create new competitive insights
• Create superior, realistic enterprise-level solutions that optimally support the company’s products and mission
• Communicate the company’s A.I. approach to clients, cultivating new business partnerships within machine learning initiatives
• Manage activities so that products are developed on schedule, maximum efficiency and within quality standards and cost objectives that meet market demands
• Take charge and accountability of product releases and deployment consistent with timeline commitments
• De-risk the company from technical pitfalls, audit the quality of coding and functionalities, propose, and implement improvements
• Direct development and execution of an enterprise-wide disaster recovery and business continuity plan
• Acquisition, maintenance, and cost-effective technology including internal infrastructure, systems, and client integration
• Oversee and assist in software architecture design
• Contribute to senior management team, assisting with strategic decisions and resource allocation
• Identify opportunities internally to improve customer experience across the company’s products and solutions with ML
• Conduct technical reviews of product or solutions to compare and evaluate their applicability
• Integrate feedback, review, and quality testing in the development cycle
• Ensure that product and enhancements provide optimum solutions consistent with what customers need and improve their workflow and usage experience
• Monitor and report progress and status of development activities
